Learn to use your swim spa to its fullest! Build more energy and have more fun in your aquatic playground with the 21-Day Wellness Challenge. Led by fitness expert Jodie Becker and her trio of guides, the 21-Day Wellness Challenge is a video series designed to increase your flexibility, strength, and balance through a series of aquatic exercises that work your entire body, including your mind! We know you’ll love it if you try the 21-Day Wellness Challenge.
Welcome to the first day of the challenge. In this video, Jodie Becker, your Hydropool Swim Spa personal trainer, will start with a total body check-in and help you set the baseline for the next three weeks.
For day seven’s challenge, Jodie Becker takes you through one of her favourite exercise plans, a triathlete workout. Here, she’ll guide you through movements specific to the sports of swimming, biking and running.
For day eleven’s workout, Jodie, your trainer, will guide you through a series of exercises focused on the anterior plane or all of the muscles on the front of your body.
For day fourteen, Jodie Becker, your personal trainer, tackles part two of her three-part strength series. She encourages you to challenge yourself and push yourself a little bit harder today!
On this day of the wellness challenge, Jodie is back again with friend and trainer Cari from Every.Body.Fitness. for some HIT (high-intensity interval training).
We’re nearing the end of the twenty-one-day challenge! Day eighteen is all about mobility, and Jodie, your personal trainer, will share some exercises that focus on balance and mobility to help keep you moving for the rest of your life.
For the nineteenth day of the challenge, Jodie is again joined by personal trainer Kevin for a circuit workout with eight different exercises split into two combo sets.
On the second to last day of the challenge, Jodie, your personal trainer, tackles another strength day! She encourages you to push yourself as we near the end of the challenge.
Congratulations on making it to the final day of the challenge! In this workout, Jodie, your personal trainer, will finish the series with a swimmer’s training. This will focus on the core, lats, traps and shoulder muscles.
